Safety Restrictions:

• Age Range: Adults and Children aged 13 and older only.
• Children: Children between the ages of 13 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Weight: All riders must weigh between 35 kgs to 120 kgs in individual bungee. For Tandem/couple bungee, the total weight limit is up to 160 kg.
• Footwear: Secure closed-toed shoes are a must.
• No alcohol may be consumed by the rider before taking the ride.

Health Consideration:

Before you go Bungee jump it requires to be confirmed that you do not have the following health conditions. This means clients will not be allowed to use the Bungee Jump in the following cases.

• If the client is pregnant
• If the client has asthma or any respiratory disorders.
• If the client recently had any bone fractures or any other medical surgeries.
• If the client’s joints can be easily dislocated.
• If the client is taking/has taken any medication for high/low blood pressure.

Cancellation Policy:

. There shall be no cancellation fees if we receive your cancellation request 3 days before your bungee date. It means your booking amount (Rs 500) will be refunded.
. If we receive a cancellation request between 2 days before your bungee date, there shall be a 50 percent cancellation fee of your booking amount. It means 50% of your booking amount (Rs 250) will be refunded.
. If we receive a cancellation request 1 day before your paragliding date or the same date of bungee, there shall be no refunds of the booking amount. It means your booking amount (Rs 500) will not be refunded.
