Over the years, I’ve personally led hundreds of adventure groups through some of the most diverse and demanding landscapes on Earth and guided countless travelers across every special-interest trekking and touring niche imaginable, from high-altitude expeditions to cultural heritage journeys. This isn’t knowledge I picked up from a brochure or a training manual. I’ve earned it step by step, ridge by ridge, monument by monument, teahouse by teahouse. I know which passes turn dangerous in a whiteout, which villages will welcome you with genuine warmth, and which detours are worth the extra hour. That’s the kind of understanding that only comes from actually being there, over and over again, in every season.

But guiding is only half the story. I’ve also worked to bridge the gap between raw, on-the-ground mountain expertise and professional industry leadership. I hold a Master’s degree in Tourism from the Kathmandu Academy of Tourism and Hospitality, Purbanchal University, which means every itinerary Excellent Himalaya Trek and Expedition builds is grounded not just in field experience, but in global standards of hospitality, logistics, and sustainable travel practice.
